Musei Vaticani

The biggest of art museum of the world.
It's no word to describe all of those spetaculor art work.
They show the humans who can attribute their talet into pieces of art workss.
I believed no one can surpass them.
Specially for my new idol: Michelangelo (米開朗基羅) (1475~1564).
He created the best artistic of the world.
Most of them are collected in this museum.
I am so happy to take a look of them.
At the same time, I can't stop to think that how we can be a little bit alike him.
He made the Madonna with the dead christ (聖殤像) when he was 23.

It is the same age of me right now.
What did I make to last forever?
Ha~ Don't think of that will be better.
All of the aisles and ceilings were decorated with many sculputures or paintings.
I can't take a look of all of them in detail, it humilated their works I believed so.
It's clear to show that the Pope for the Middle ages was hvery high.
Thanks to one of the Pope decided to build this museum 600 years ago, it avoided those works lost to other countries.
pic 1: One of the ceiling of Musei Vaticani.
pic 2: Creation of Man(創世紀) - Michelangelo.
It was one of the part of ceiling painting of Sistine Chapel. The left side man is Adam, the right side are God and angels. I believed all of us have seen this before.
pic 3: Scool of Athens(雅典學園) -Raphael (拉斐爾 1483-1520).
He deaded so young. But he still make lots of amazing jobs in his short life.
People said he stealed the idea from Michelangelo and Davinci.
After I seeing those artworks, I thought they are really different.
But in this painting, he let Michelangelo and Davinci presenting Plato and Aristotle.
It showed his respect for those masters in that period.
I liked this painting of this museum most.
Pic 4: Laocoon(勞孔)
Laocoon is the hierarch of Troy in the ancient time. He knew the wooden horse is the conspiracy of the enemy. But Gods didn't allow him to do it. And then, they sent the huge snack to kill him and his sons. It is amazing that this work was bought by Pope from the street.
I thought I will vist there again.
It deserve your whole life to see it.
