Heidelberg

Finally~
I have a chance to visit the oldest university in Germany - Heidelberg University (海德堡大學).
Although the weather is not so good, me and Dorcas still enjoy the great time there!!
It's really a not bad place to stay~

You may feel weird what's the three pictures above presenting~

It is my favorite place of this city - Studentenstarker.

That means the prison of Students.

Some of the students always break the school rules, the school set this place to make them think what they do one more time.

In the first two days, they will not have anything to eat.

After that, there will be some food to serve for them.

Generally speaking, the punishment will keep for two weeks.

If I have chance to be that period, I will try to get in here~

Ha~ It's so cool!!!

I saw many paintings on the wall.

Some students wrote this place just like the palace of emperor.

I believe it is a good place to let you think and calm down.

It was closed because world war one.

Of course it is not been used anymore today.

When I went inside the building, it seems that I am still able to smell some creative, intellegent, but wild smell~

It's so my type!

The Coffee shop is really nice.

It is the first time I come into a German coffee shop after Italy and Austria.

I like the feeling in German coffee.

You always have a tall chair with a Coffee Latte in a tranparent glass.

Totally German Style!

The clock hanging on the wall just want to remind students who need to watch out the class time.

German is a interesting country.
In German (the language), when somebody says you have a pig, that means you have luck.
And the picture above is a chocolate pig with some lucky words on it.
It's 30 Euro.
If I get this gift, how I can kill my luck?!

It is one of the best and famous place of Heidelberg - Karl-Theodor Bridge.

I thought it is quite typical German one.

In other word, it is not so special~

But there is a famous monkey in the head of the bridge.

This monkey with a suit and hand with a round thing.

People said if you put your head in his face, you can become smarter.

Guess did I put my head in or not?!

If you knew me well, you will know the answer. :)

Another famous stuff in Heidelberg - Kiss Chocolate.
Too expensive....
One piece 'will' cost me 1.8 Euro.
I really don't like the sweet food...
That is for sure I skip it...

It is a big cask in the castle of Heidelberg.

You can take a look how big is it as I stand next to it.

If you throw someone in this box, I am sure he/she will drown or be very drunk of that~

Heidelberg is really a nice place to stay.

However, the reputation takes many tourists visiting here.

The old city chance her temple to fit the modern trend.

I can't find the deep and true atmosphere of this town.

But thanks to the big Asian society here, I found a Asian shop.

The price of the products is really attractive, I finally carried out my wish - to stew with soy sauce as seasoning. (滷豆腐 + 滷白菜...)
