Rome Holiday

Before I came to Italy, I always wanted to see the movie - Roman Holiday.
It is so famous and representive.
Audrey Hepburm took everyone to visit this beautiful city.
It's pity that I didn't have chance to see the movie until now.
However, many vendors sold lots of products related to this movie.
Generally speaking, I have a broad idea of that~
Taht is Rome is so beautiful!!!

Oh~ Hope I can see this movie as soon as possible.

The above three pictures are taken in the Spanish square area.

Lots of luxery products here make this place more elegant and solemn.

Of course I can't afford to buy anything there.

As a result, taking those pictures become the souvenirs to myself~

But this place is really better to visit in summer, there will be many flower stages here.

It will more like the screen in the movie... :)

S. Angle castle~

There is a bridge conncted it and S. Peter Church.

It was built to be the asylum of the Pope.

If you ever seen the book - Angel and Devil written by Dan Brown.

It is also the last screeen of the book.

I like this building very much.

The sculptures were made by Benini, he also did lots of good works in Rome.

It is the Cafe next to the S. Angle Castle.

We have a very normal lunch there.

But the watress is quite nice and bad English speaking.

And the atmosphere of this one is also nice and comfortable as well.

I specially share it with everybody.

We tried to relax and take a photo.

It's clear, only Mary followed the direction.

Me and Bredan seems really uncomfortable and embarrassing. (Many walkers starred us that time.)

And the grass is a race course (of horse).

We picniced here.

But don't do that in the future.... It's so cold.....

It's really hard to stop shaking in it....

We met a Chinese girl and her Japanese friend.

They studied in Lyon in France.

I thought maybe I will go visit them some day.

She told us how to enjoy the wine.

Everything is wonderful for a X'mas dinner, expect the meals....

Well~

I can't be used to the food in Italy I thought....

Too salty...

But it's really a good night.

But the Chinese girl, she needed to explain to her friend all the time in Franch.

Ha~ She only understand Franch and Japanese.

We came across two people who carried their instruments.

After ten minutes, we saw them playing the music and one couple dancing in the music.

It is so amazing and warm for me.

The family celebrated the X'mas and met the musicians.

They just danced in the street.

It also reminded us that we are so alone in the city.

Thank god I have Mary and Brendan next to me...

It's quite nice to celebrate this with your close friends.

The beautiful Tiber flowed the old city for thousands of year.

People stood in the freezing wind to listen the ceremory processing.
It's really peace and affecting to everyone in that period.
I thought I made a good choice to stay here to celebrate my X'mas.
